We had another cold weekend. It was perfect to be bundled up in a cozy sweater to write our valentines.

international beauties
These international beauties arrived in our mailbox recently. A postcard from London and a letter from Italy. I just love the gold queen stamps. And the cancellation on the letter is so swoopy.

greetings from new york
Before heading off to New York in October I made a dozen postcards using rubber stamps. I still have a place in my heart for those 10 for a dollar glossy numbers but it was totally fun to make my own.

vintage stamp packs
Okay. I've been making some vintage stamp packs. Each contains 59 cents worth of postage; enough for a regular domestic letter. I'm not sure if the handmade mini vellum envelope is the final presentation but I thought I'd show the first draft.

I have fallen in love with this stamp. The blue whale. It's 5"x2". What a beaut!
On another note, pal-sac was featured on yesterday's CBC Sunday Edition. Listen to hour two for some letter writing love!
