stamp booklets

I adore everything about vintage stamps - especially these tiny little booklets. This is how they used to be sold. Imagine going to the post office and asking for some domestic stamps and they give you these?

the year of the snake
I always looks forward to Canada Post's Chinese zodiac stamps every January. This year's snake stamps will look awesome on my next few outgoing letters. Red, gold and super embossed!

Canadian postage rates are going up this Monday January 14th. Here are the new rates for standard sized letters:
Canada $0.63
U.S.A. $1.10
International $1.85
P.S. My stamp packs are now filled with 63 cents of vintage goodness. All three shops that carry them - Kid Icarus, The Paper Place and Blackbird Vintage - are all stocked up!
