The one way that helps me get through the winter days is dreaming of spring and eating citrus fruits. For some reason, oranges and pink grapefruits make me feel spring is on its way. Oh, and I've recently discovered a hot ginger citrus drink at Balzac's. It's the winter equivalent of lemonade!

So.. these might not exactly be vintage as they were issued in 1996 but they sure are sweet, old stamps. Thanks to Michelle for sending me a sheet of them last year. I only recently came upon some more and got to making a few stamp packs with them. They're perfect for sending cards to little ones!

Happy Valentine's Day stamp-lovers! I'm so into this American love stamp. Aren't you?
My class is making a pasta lunch after class today. I think there will be macarons and espresso for dessert. Can't wait!
Wishing you all a day filled with much love!

This is the official diamond jubilee permanent stamp. I picked up a booklet of ten stamps a few weeks ago and have been slowly warming up to them.
On a side note, when I went to mail a few letters yesterday the mailbox was full! Like, so full that it wouldn't budge an inch. I ended up walking to the next closest mailbox to send the letters. Is this a sign that people really are sending more mail? I hope so!
